For estate agents and solicitors
Clients who have already decided to move here.
We help people relocating to Scotland choose an area, understand the buying and renting process, and get through the admin. When they want a local estate agent or solicitor, they ask us for an introduction.

They have already decided to move
Movers come to us once they are planning a move to Scotland, not idly browsing. Each one has a timing and a household on record.
They know how things work here
Before they reach you, they have read our guides to offers over, Home Reports, closing dates and missives, so your first conversation starts further along.
Matched to your patch
We only introduce movers looking in the areas you cover, and only for the service you provide.
How introductions work
Consent first, fee on instruction
We never pass on a mover's details unless they have asked for an introduction to your firm. Every mover is told up front that you pay us, so there are no surprises on either side.
- 01
A mover asks us for an estate agent or solicitor in your area.
- 02
We tell them your firm's name and that you pay us a fee if they instruct you. They confirm they want the introduction.
- 03
We send you their details and what they have told us about their move.
- 04
If they instruct you, you pay the fee we agreed. If they do not, you pay nothing.
Fees
- No joining fee and no monthly subscription.
- We agree a referral fee with your firm before we send any introductions.
- You pay only when a client we introduced instructs you.
- We keep a record of every introduction, so both sides can reconcile fees easily.
