Who pays us

We work with estate agents and solicitors across Scotland. If you ask us to introduce you to one, and you go on to instruct them, they pay us a fee. If you do not instruct them, nobody pays anything.

What that means for you

• We only pass your details to a partner when you ask us to, and we tell you which firm it is first.
• The fee comes from the partner. It is not added to your bill.
• You are free to use any agent or solicitor you like, including ones we have never heard of.

What we do not do

We explain how buying, renting and moving work in Scotland, and we introduce you to firms who can act for you. We do not give mortgage, insurance or legal advice. For those, speak to a qualified adviser.
